I maintain open lines of communication to facilitate a smooth exchange of ideas and requirements.

By diligently monitoring a project after it is complete, I can not only ensure the design's continued success but also demonstrate a commitment to delivering value to clients and users over the long term. I achieve this by utilizing tools like Hotjar or VWO as part of a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) workflow to consistently iterate on the assets.
